Bring bananas and chocolate together and you’ve got yourself a one-way ticket to tasty town! Bananas bring the creamy, dreamy and cocoa powder’s got the fudgy flavour – ain’t no better (or healthier) way to arrive at deep, dark, deliciousville (minus the artery clogging cargo) than this! And when you find yourself hanging out on cocoa cloud nine, well there’s just not much else to say!

1. Get all the wet stuff in the blender.

2. I almost forgot the plain yogurt!

3. Flip the switch.

4. Set a sieve over a bowl and start adding the dry ingredients.

5. Tap it through.

6. Stir it around to mix it up.

7. Pour the wet mixture from the blender into the bowl with the dry stuff.

8. Start folding it together.

9. Keep folding until no streaks of flour appear.

10. Stir in any and all add-ins – and this time I went light with a handful of chocolate chips.

11. Pour it into a greased loaf pan and put it in your preheated oven.

12. An hour later you’re hanging on cocoa cloud nine!

13. Once it’s cooled for a few minutes – slip it out of the pan.

14. Slice off a piece and try and stop with just one, go ahead and try, just try!
