1. Whip up the wet ingredients in a food processor or blender.

2. Sift the dry ingredients into a mixing bowl.

3. Prep your pan – I use a little butter and a dusting of flour.

4. Add the wet to the dry.

5. Mix it together until it’s just combined – over-mixing kills quick breads!

6. Add the millet & granola.

7. Give it as many turns to just mix it in.

8. Get it in the pan and in the oven.

9. Close to an hour later.
