I daresay the best thing about Thanksgiving is the turkey, and an even better thing, is the leftover turkey – which is why we don’t seem daunted by the fact that some of us are dealing with birds larger than some children we know and weights way past anything we would dream of strapping on at the gym! So, if you’re lucky, here’s to truckloads of leftover turkey, and stuffing, and potatoes and gravy and vegetables and hopefully – cranberry sauce!

How do I use these? Let me count the ways. Well, first there’s the obvious – grab some tortillas and wrap it up  and relive it any way you like or here’s to dressing Thanksgiving day leftovers up beyond recognition, into another time zone, and I’m not talking one state over!

So – be smart, stay home, and create something spectacular to feed someone who wasn’t as bright as you – who’d rather go shopping and get grumpy & hungry – and boy will they be hungry! So there’s another thing they can be thankful for – you – who stayed home and got oh-so-very-clever – happy day-after-Thanksgiving!
